He specializes in insurance law, governmental relations and regulatory affairs for clients in New Mexico and across the country.
SaucedoChavez attorney Christopher Saucedo boasts an undergraduate degree in business administration from New Mexico State University, Las Cruces and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque School of Law. Chris is an AV Peer Review Rated Attorney and was rated among the top 5 percent of practicing attorneys in the state for three straight years by Super Lawyers. As a civil trial attorney, he specializes in insurance and commercial litigation, employment law and cases involving serious personal injury.
A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico and a graduate of New York University School of Law, attorney Ryan Harrigan specializes in healthcare, litigation and corporate law. Ryan is a member of both the New Mexico and California State Bars, and has been rated among the top 5 practicing attorneys in the State of New Mexico in healthcare law. An AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated Attorney, Ryan has also been recognized as one of the 40 Under 40 Young Business Professionals in the State of New Mexico.
Frank Apodaca graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College, earning a master’s degree in Social Studies in 1997. He earned a Juris Doctor from Yale in 2001. Frank served as a clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and practiced for several years in Houston before returning to New Mexico. As an attorney with SaucedoChavez, Frank specializes in corporate compliance, risk mitigation, reorganization and dissolution. He also advises clients in government affairs.
An associate with SaucedoChavez, Brian Greismeyer graduated from the New Mexico School of Law in 2016. While in law school, he concentrated on children’s mental health, especially Early and Periodic Screening, and Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT), which is Medicaid’s provision for children. Concentrating on trial work, Brian specializes in complex litigation.
Daniel Apodaca is a 2014 graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Apodaca was a member of the 2012-2013 ABA National Moot Court Team, and served as the Student Bar Association’s President for the 2013-2014 school year. Mr. Apodaca’s main focuses while in law school were trusts and estate planning, employment law, and business law.
